• Individual life coaching is centred around a client's personal life and is usually provided by a professional coach external to the client's role within an organization.  The client and coach work on issues specific to the client's personal life.  However, this process can also, and usually does overlap into the client's professional role.
• Executive coaching is usually delivered by a professional coach external to an organization.  Issues that are discussed and addressed revolve around the client's role within an organzation.  This type of coaching can occur at all levels from the front line to the executive office. However, this process can also, and usually does overlap into the client's personal life.
• Group coaching is delivered to a small number of people (e.g. 4 to 8) who have similar needs and expectations.  These people can come from the same and/or different organizations.
• Team coaching is delivered to intact teams within organizations that have sets of specific needs and challenges.

Who needs a coach?  In short, everyone.  It is not possible for anyone to be truly objective when it comes to their own lives.  Coaches provide this objectivity.  They assist clients in getting more ON their lives than IN.  They ask really good (and sometimes tough) questions that a client would not normally ask themselves.  These questions are designed to guide the client's discovery process.  And once the client gains the necessary clarity and focus, they naturally decide what to act on.  The value of a professional coach really comes through at this point as they hold the client accountable for their commitments.  Professional  coaches provide incredible value by helping clients to get immediate and lasting results that positively impact their lives.
