This is not a sales call. This is YOUR call to talk about the challenges YOU are facing today. This is your chance to open up fully and completely in total confidence. I’m here to help YOU!

For me and my team, working with Ken Larson has been a transformational experience inside our organization. He is a strategic thinker, with a focus on accountability and bottom line results.
Brian Taylor
Chairman, CEO, Board Member & Investor
Ken understands the business world. He learns the business from the bottom up and at the same time works with the CEO from the top down. He helps get employees and management on the same page, share the same values, mission and action plan to move the organization from Good to Great. With his help we were able to weather the 2009 financial storm without losing any employees or business. On the contrary we were able to grow and hire during the downturn in economy. He is my career and business coach.
David Wallach
President/Founder, Triumph Real Estate Investment Fund
After hearing Ken Larson speak about coaching and seeing the passion, drive and focus with which he operates, I decided that when I needed a coach, it would be Ken. I have been working with Ken as a coach for close to a year. He has guided me through a major personal and career transition in a way that was both challenging and re-energizing. I truly value his ability to ask the tough questions and make sure they are thoroughly and thoughtfully answered. I highly recommend Ken as a coach.
Margaret Miyagishima
CEC, PCC, Executive Coach and Facilitator
I first saw Ken Larson at a conference where he was speaking. His energy, approach and insight left a lasting impression. So much so that I engaged him as a personal coach. Ken helped me create a personal value and mission statement that I use to this day. These statements continue to guide me in my goal setting and in priority setting activities. Through the coaching process Ken helped guide me through the tough self work needed to get clarity on what is truly most important to me. It wasn't easy but with his help I arrived at a great result. I would happily recommend Ken to anyone looking for a personal Coach to help them with career and life direction decisions.

I have had the opportunity to work with Ken Larson both in a large group and individual setting. In both contexts he was very successful in creating transformational learning experiences. Ken helps you think differently by providing great frameworks for discussion and asking excellent questions.
Sean McLean

Ken Larson's skillful method of weaving concrete solutions with meaningful anecdotes gave me the fire to apply his techniques to find new methods both personally and professionally. Ken walks his talk and he brought life, energy and determination to what potentially could have been a difficult virtual presentation to CAPL during COVID. I highly recommend Ken if you need a push, new momentum or to discover which direction to lead your team or yourself.
