HOW PHASE I IS DELIVERED
Phase I Breakdown: 12 Monthly Modules
Phase I begins with a two-day leadership kickoff retreat designed to align your team and lay the foundation for your One Page Strategic Plan. From there, you’ll move through 12 monthly full-day sessions—most lasting 8 hours—each focused on a key area of growth. These sessions build leadership capability, drive action toward quarterly goals, and include individual leadership check-ins.
