We will train your leadership team to adopt, implement, and embed the world-class Scaling Up™ tools, skills, and best practices through business coaching. We offer this service online and in-person.
The Advanced Phase IIA course provides executives with a deeper understanding of communication, leadership, and purpose as a team while increasing overall efficiency. Each trainee will work with the customized executive coaching tools they need to inspire action, results, and accountability towards the company’s larger vision.

The following steps outline how training works over 4 quarterly modules and 32 hours of instruction, whether it’s online or in-person. For a more detailed explanation of each module please see Appendix A:
Working in 8-hour sessions or two 4-hour sessions, we’ll complete 1 of 4 training modules each quarter to build leadership knowledge, drive action toward quarterly goals, and facilitate individual check-ins with leadership.

In pursuit of your goals, we will first identify them clearly in order to develop and implement your “One Page Strategic Plan.” We’ll then align your long-term business goals and the required short term actions.
As we develop the One Page Strategic Plan, we will identify specific needs within your company related to People, Strategy, Execution, and Cash. As opportunities for business growth arise, we will work together to transfer the necessary skills and knowledge to resolve the situation and maximize the opportunities. During this time, we will identify knowledge gaps and seek to fill them.

Learn about communication rhythms and how to intentionally set them to improve teamwork. We will identify and assess how to take advantage of your organization’s core competencies. We will check in on your Big Hairy Audacious Goal (BHAG) and learn how to develop differentiating activities that will help you reach your goal.

– Learn about the critical content that is needed for each type of meeting in the meeting rhythms.

Were they able to identify the communication rhythm in their organization? Did they establish or shift their meeting schedules to match their rhythm?

– Learn the importance of understanding the organizational core competencies.
– Learn how to determine the organizational core competencies of the organization.
– Understand how to maximize their core competencies to advance their business.
