Appendix A

All organizations run best when the correct decisions are made in the following areas:

  1. People: Build your team’s performance
  2. Strategy: Build a business model that is profitable and drives growth.
  3. Execution: Stay focused and implement all the critical elements of your strategy.
  4. Cash: Keep a strong cash flow to drive growth.

We call these the “Four Decisions™”.

In pursuit of your goals, we will first identify them clearly in order to develop and implement your “One Page Strategic Plan.” We’ll then align your long-term business goals and the required short term actions.

As we develop the One Page Strategic Plan, we will identify specific needs within your company related to People, Strategy, Execution, and Cash. As opportunities for business growth arise, we will work together to transfer the necessary skills and knowledge to resolve the situation and maximize the opportunities. During this time, we will identify knowledge gaps and seek to fill them.

What People Are Saying About our Scaling Up™ Course:

I lead a COO group in Calgary and we welcome a new speaker each month to share some relevant topics with us in a limited time. Ken was a stand out from the last few years for sure! He is one of the few who scored highly from all members on his passion for his material, the level of the content and his skill and expertise to deliver the content in a meaningful way. We loved what he shared so much we bought the book and are using it as a discussion point at our annual retreat. I would highly recommend bringing Ken into your group of leaders to shift their thinking and truly understand the simple and powerful steps for execution.
Aly Pain
Professional Speaker, The Conflict Coach
Ken Larson was my executive coach almost ten years ago. He has an ability to engage and motivate individuals as well as remain totally supportive. He stuck with me through thick and thin while I was challenged with some serious health issues while managing a large Not-For-Profit organization with huge stresses and responsibilities. His foresight and personal experiences are the gifts he brings to any conversation. I still call on Ken whenever I need a coach and am in need of some honesty and compassion.
Alana Newton
Leadership Coach, Connect Now Business Network
Ken Larson presented a key note at the Glencoe Golf & Country Club annual supervisors retreat in March 2013. His presentation was inspirational, thought provoking and engaging. He was very highly rated by all attendees, a great way to start our golf season! Ken has a unique ability to apply humour and stories to help bring the message home. I highly recommend Ken as a key note speaker.
